Hello! My name is Sherri Blaik and I live in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with my husband Will, daughter Allie and dog Jenny.  Our son Mattox just moved to Colorado to attend college.

I am a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and have worked in Public Accounting and in Industry as a VP of Finance overseeing Operations and Finance.  After our son was born, I wanted more flexibility, so I started my own CPA firm where I now manage accounting/ investments for a handful of clients.

After our daughter’s diagnosis, I wanted to help with awareness and grow the organization and my experience aligns perfectly as Treasurer.  

​

As Treasurer, I will make sure we are transparent on our usage of funds and ensure our money is secure.  I’m also excited to help develop some information sessions and networking opportunities for our families.  This journey is difficult and often lonely, so having a community to share our wins and challenges with helps us feel connected and the road less difficult.

Spare time is a rare commodity, so when I get it, I enjoy time with my friends, playing tennis and traveling.

I’m excited to see the work the Board and Foundation continue to do over the next few years.  It is such a talented, dedicated group of individuals who only want the best for our kids.  I’m honored to serve along them.
